Which devices does Journew run on?
Journew is made for Apple devices — iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your trips stay in sync across all of them via iCloud.
Is Journew free?
Yes! Downloading and using the core of Journew is free: plan trips, add activities, keep your tickets together. Journew Pro adds extras for frequent travelers as an optional subscription — you can see all details and prices right in the app.
Does Journew work offline?
Absolutely. Your trips, activities and tickets are stored on your device, so they’re right there even on the plane or in a subway tunnel. Only things like map tiles need a connection.
Where is my data stored?
On your device — and, if you use iCloud, in your personal iCloud account. We don’t store your travel data on our own servers and can’t see it. The details are in our privacy policy.
Can I share a trip with someone?
Yes, you can share trips — handy when you’re planning together or want to show someone your itinerary.
What happens to my trips if I get a new device?
If iCloud sync is on, your trips simply appear on your new device once you sign in with your Apple Account. Nothing to export, nothing to lose.
